San Jose

Saratoga

Saratoga, California is an exclusive community with the dual attraction of being near big city venues but has a small town vibe. In 2018, Saratoga the American Community Survey publicized that Saratoga was the 8th wealthiest city in the United States. 

Sunnyvale

Almaden

As a suburb of San Jose, Almaden, California boasts many perks for its residents and visitors. Sometimes referred to as Almaden Valley, the city is located in South San Jose. It is nestled between the Santa Cruz Mountains to the west and the Santa Teresa Hills to the east. Almaden is home to California’s very first winery, Almaden vineyards, established in 1852. With highly rated schools and lots of parks and shops, the Almaden community is a good place to raise a family. 

Mountain View

Nestled between the Santa Cruz Mountains and San Francisco Bay, Mountain View is a diverse community in the heart of Silicon Valley. It is home to over 75,000 residents, corporations, and businesses. Palo Alto

With an abundance of community amenities for its residents, Palo Alto is home to almost 70,000 residents and nearly 100,000 jobs. Los Altos

At a size of only seven square miles, Los Altos, California is a sleepy community that provides a small-town feel. The city is relatively new, having been incorporated in 1952. Los Altos was developed with small businesses, schools, libraries and churches to serve its residents. Originally an agricultural town with many summer cottages and apricot orchards, Los Altos has remained a family-oriented town with libraries, parks, and shopping to serve the needs of its residents.

Monte Sereno

Monte Sereno, Spanish for Serene Hill, is a suburb of San Jose in Santa Clara County. The community is entirely residential, with a population of 3,500. It has no commercial zoning and is 99% single-family housing and home to many retirees. The community is upscale but with a rural atmosphere. Monte Sereno shares the 95030 ZIP code with the town of Los Gatos. Many municipal services are provided under contract by Los Gatos.

Campbell

Founded by Benjamin Campbell in 1887, Campbell, California encompasses 6.35 square miles nestled in the San Francisco Bay area. The city was incorporated in 1952 and has since grown from a small farming community with a population of approximately 5,000 to a progressive community with a population of over 38,000. It has a quaint downtown area with specialty shops, boutiques, and restaurants for residents and visitors to enjoy.

Cupertino

Cupertino, California is a moderately-sized town with a population of approximately 60,000. Its claim to fame is being the headquarters of the high-tech giant Apple, Inc. Cupertino has an excellent public school system, making it attractive to young families. 

With an abundance of technology jobs, Cupertino is a desirable location for highly educated individuals and its residents span multiple cultures.
